My Ph.D. was made in Germany at Saarland University, where I had the privilege of conducting doctoral research under the supervision of Professor Vera Demberg at Saarland Informatics Campus, with support from the European Research Council. This journey culminated in my dissertation receiving the highest grade (opus eximium).
During my doctoral study, I had the opportunity to spend time as a visiting scholar at the University of Edinburgh, where I worked under the guidance of Professor Mirella Lapata. I also contribute to the NLP community as an organization member of ACL Rolling Review, mainly helping to maintain the ARR website. Prior to my Ph.D. studies, I earned an M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Amsterdam under the supervision of Professor Khalil Sima'an at the Institute for Logic, Language and Computation (ILLC).

- I was born and raised in Sanya, a coastal city in southern China.
- My parents grew up in rural communities and later moved to Sanya as migrant workers. I remain deeply grateful for their love, sacrifices, and encouragement throughout my life.
- Over time, I have come to appreciate that life is complex and rarely black and white. I try to approach it with greater openness and understanding.
